The perfect master teaches the technique of withdrawing consciousness from the entire body, up to eyes center where consciousness comes in contract with the current of inner sound.  This made our body empty of consciousness.

 THIS PROCESS OF VACATING BODY IS CALLED 
DYING WHILE LIVING
Same happens at the time of death.

 We are here for it so that no fear of death remains in our mind. We enjoy the actuality of everything .we forsee the future and past. We can't describe the sounds and 
Lights. We see the love relationship between God and self.
We recognize & find our hidden powers.  It is  Inexplicable.
This is spirituality.
